Established in 2001, the vision for Kenrock was to create a secure and peaceful mountain estate built on 34 hectares, compromising 94 houses situated in a high quality, indigenous landscaped environment.

The focal points of the landscaped area are the forest, meadow, dams and wetlands within the private open space in the estate.The environmental setting on the estate has also allowed the natural fauna and flora to flourish, which is an essential part of true country living.

Kenrock Country Estate has 6 dams established throughout the estate, including a winter perennial dam. Producing a year-round habitat for the visiting and local birds to frequent.

Kenrock is an ideal location to access the surrounding mountain trails and hikes through its private gate on the estate. Children are spoilt for choice with the many exciting places to play and ride bicycles around the estate.

The walking trails, ponds and play area are perfect for children. It is also country living close to some of the Western Cape’s top attractions, schools and only 20-minutes drive to the main city area.

Kenrock also hosts regular events enjoyed by all the residents on the estate. From Halloween for the children to concerts for the whole family so it’s ideal country and community living for all to take pleasure in.
